Alabama football running back Najee Harris recently worked out with former AU RB Brad Lester…

Najee Harris is a man of few words. From his commitment to Alabama until the present day, Harris has quietly gone about his business of becoming one of the greatest backs in the SEC. Former Auburn University running back Brad Lester thinks Najee could just be the greatest running back in the country this upcoming season.

After really only scratching the surface of what he is capable of doing last season, Harris returns to Alabama with one goal: everything. From putting in extra work with Brad Lester to buying into the new strength and conditioning program put into place by David Ballou and Matt Rhea, Najee is proven he is willing to quietly do whatever it takes.

I recently caught up with Brad Lester(@BradLester1) and this is what he had to say about Najee:

“He will be coming to Atlanta in another week to train for rest of the summer. Looking forward to helping him as much as I possibly can. He is a great athlete and an extremely humble person. We really have been, and will continue to be working a lot on his pad level and his explosiveness. Literally working explosiveness on the field and also in the weight room to help him be the total package at RB”.

What can Najee Harris accomplish in his final year at the Capstone? The answer is simple: everything he wants. Roll Tide.
