Alabama Adapted Athletics: UA Men With a Tiger Takedown Over the Weekend

by Ricky Green

The University of Alabama adapted men’s basketball team continued their winning ways over this past weekend with two big victories over the Auburn Tigers. The final score in Friday’s game was 72-55. Saturday’s contest ended with a final score of 68-46.

On Friday, two of the Alabama adapted men scored double digit points led by Ignacio Ortega with an incredible 30 point effort. Lindy Bridges was on his game as well, scoring 25 points for the Tide. Looks like Nate Oats isn’t the only basketball coach on campus with some serious talent on the squad.

Saturday’s match-up was again a dominant performance by the UA adapted men’s basketball team. Ortega once again led the Tide with 36 points. Lindy Bridges and Abraham Hausmar also had hot hands scoring 15 and 13 respectively for the Crimson Tide.
